Web Publishing policy – St. Philip’s Episcopal Church

Children

• For the purposes of this statement, "child" or "children" refers to anyone under the age of 18.
• Children in photograph captions may be identified only by first name.
• No directory information about a child shall be published. (Addresses, telephone numbers, parent's names).
• No information about a specific child's future or regular whereabouts may be published.
• A parent or guardian may request their child’s name and/or image be omitted or deleted from the website.  This may be done by requesting a form from the church office.

Adults

• Any information that is published in the weekly bulletins or in the Apostle newsletter will be published on the St. Philip’s Website, with the exceptions listed above for children.
• In most cases, no phone number other than the main church number and fax number will be published on the website.
• In general, only stphilipsbenzie.org email addresses will be posted on the website.  The webmaster and/or the mail administrator will create new addresses to fill the needs of online publishing.
• Any adult may request their name, phone number, address or any other personal information to be omitted or deleted from the Website. This may be done by requesting a form from the church office.
